Prodelta Plast was established by Mr. Arif Ansari, a highly committed and innovative entrepreneur, in 2000. Before launching his own venture, Arif was a merchant navy officer for 10 years, where he trained as a navigator. This rigorous training has significantly aided him, as it involved considerable mental and physical strength, as well as insights into the technical aspects of operating a 140,000-ton crude oil ship at sea. When he decided to start Prodelta Plast, his decade of experience facilitated a smoother transition into understanding and solving challenges associated with machinery and new techniques required for effective custom blister packaging. The company began modestly with just 4 employees, occupying a 500 sq ft area with one machine. Now, it has expanded to 130 employees, a 40,000 sq ft area, and 20 machines, both automated and semi-automated. Our initial production capacity of 10,000 pieces per day has remarkably increased to 1 million pieces per day over almost 27 years. Prodelta Plast initially partnered with some of India's top pharma packaging companies for their export requirements. Due to the continuous demand for innovative designs from these pharma industries, we have developed over 1,000 different plastic packaging items for them. As we worked with the pharma sector, we also ventured into other industry segments, including food packaging, cosmetic packaging, electronic parts packaging, and thermoforming trays, among others. We specialize in researching, designing, and producing various types of plastics, including HIPS, PVC, PET, and PP thermoformed and vacuum formed articles. With our flexible 24-hour production schedule and strong in-house raw material production capabilities, we can respond swiftly to urgent requests and high volume orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. Additionally, we approach existing products with a fresh perspective on repackaging.
